Made to Order
Many Think. Then Vote. products are made to order. This means production begins after your order is placed rather than items being pulled from a traditional warehouse. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Processing and Shipping
After your order is placed, it is sent for production and fulfillment. Once an item ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times can vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and other factors.
Orders With Multiple Items
Items in the same order may be produced or fulfilled at different locations. Because of this, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times. Separate packages do not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to begin showing updates.
Shipping Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Because orders may enter production soon after they are submitted, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be missing, please contact us with your order information and we'll help determine the next step.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and a description of the problem. Photos may be helpful when resolving the issue.
